Five-Star Restoration was sent to my home by The Hartford's Homeowner's Insurance coverage when I experienced water damage in my garage after a couple days of heavy rains. After being given a Nov. 23 start date for my repair project, I received a call from Alex to make an appointment with me to see exactly what would be required to get the job done for me. Alex came on the morning of Oct 31. Later that day he called to see if I would be in favor of getting the job started the very next day...a full THREE WEEKS ahead of schedule. Not readily, because of the short notice, but I thankfully agreed to getting started at 7:30 am on Nov 2. Alex came, introduced me to Miguel and Sheon and the rest is a beautiful 12-hour piece of history. I absolutely could not ask for a better experience than I had with this kind, professional, expert, quick and quietly efficient team of drywall repairmen.
