Yoga Fest 2023

Suvidha International Foundation and Art of Living Foundation are organizing an International Yoga Day event in Rancho Cordova on June 24 from 5 PM to 9 PM. International Yoga Day is celebrated worldwide and promotes the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga. It is an opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds to come together and experience the power of yoga in fostering holistic well-being.

The event will have two parallel tracks with multiple sessions on different types of yoga, breathing techniques, meditation, yoga knowledge and ayurveda sessions.

Included will be sessions for adults and kids taught by experienced instructors, fun events and games for kids, a yoga flash mob and yoga rave party, and raffles and giveaways.
